The 2024 second edition of this best practice exemplar has been jointly developed by the European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education (ENAEE) and the International Engineering Alliance (IEA), reflecting their shared commitment to excellence in the accreditation of programmes.

It represents a unified understanding of best practices in engineering accreditation, supporting their ongoing activities and initiatives. It serves both ENAEE and IEA in their ongoing activities. It may also be of interest to bodies forming new agencies or developing accreditation systems to the level required by either IEA Accords or EUR-ACE®.
